Peer Review

The peer review process helped me to realize exactly what people thought of my writing. It was great to get feedback from a person who actually like to write and have learned the same things I have, instead of just friends who think everything’s great for the most part. Working with others is sometimes frustrating for me because they don’t always know background information, but this also teaches me that if they don’t know it, my readers probably won’t know the information either. Peer review is a rewarding process because you get feedback and feedback isn’t always bad. It’s good to have encouragement when you’re writing because it gives you a purpose.
