Slow, incremental progress on Stupid Web Toy. It has a name, but it's silly. I have a better understanding of Javascript object prototyping now, also a slightly improved understanding of baking (thanks, corivax, quiet000001) and half a batch of unbaked peanut butter cookie dough that I'm not sure I'll use, since I want to retry the recipe.
Also wrote pointed letter-to-the-editor of I.D., admonishing them for tossing around the word 'sustainable' as though 'twere the new 'groovy', with not enough examination of what it actually means in context. Hopefully it was not complete navel-gazing - E assures me it is not, but I'm still reacting to Band-Aid packaging, fercryinoutloud.
