WHAT: Lucifer can't go meet his sister in Allen's body so he needs Raphael to fix up the old one.

Lucifer didn't take time to let the reality sink in. The moment he felt Rhode--actually her--and saw her PCD signature come up, he went to Raphael. He stuffed Allen back as far as he could, because dealing with a sibling was delicate work and he didn't want to be distracted by dancing on eggshells to be sure Allen was safe. The fact was, Allen was safest if Lucifer handled things with Raphael.
