She'd made an offer early on to help the Hokage figure things out. A lot had changed since he'd been in charge of the village. The ninjas could use a focus, but the focus would need to be in the loop. The mess of last week had shown how much they needed some sort of unity, and probably something with the others in the city too.

Tenten could tell she was close; he wasn't hiding his chakra. That was good, since she hadn't been here before and it was nice to not have to wonder about precise coordinates. They were headaches sometimes.

Arriving at the door, Tenten knocked. "It's Tenten, sir!" Of course he would know. But it never hurt to be polite and make sure.

At the sound of a females voice, he put his brush down upon the tray he had set beside in order to keep the ink from damaging the wood of his table before getting up and walking towards the door. Despite how tired and spent he looked, there was a warm smile across his lips.

"Ah, Tenten. Thank you for heeding my call, please come in!" He stepped aside making sure to open the door for her, he had been raised a gentlemen after all. "Welcome to my home."

The main corridor was composed of the same thing as everything else: wood. Amazingly, there were no creeping sounds as he led the way through the hall and through paper doors into the room Hashirama had been originally staying in. The hot tea pot was still smoking and two cups had been set out.

"Please." He beckoned for her to take a seat on one of the red cushion before his little workplace.

Tenten bowed her head, stepping out of her shoes and into his home. She kept her thoughts on how he looked to herself. It wouldn't be polite to mention it.

"Of course, sir. I made the offer. I wasn't going to not come." With a smile, she looked around. "Thank you." None of it was surprising, knowing what she did of him. But still, it was nicely done. While she liked their house, she had to admit his was very nice.

"Yes, sir." She obeyed and sat down. Her eyes landed on the tea cups. It was still cold outside, giving them all the more reason to drink tea, but she wasn't going to ask. If he offered, she'd accept. Otherwise, she was here to serve.

"Um. Is there a topic in particular you wanted to start on? I'm still not sure what all you know and what you need."

The Senju came about to sit himself before the young girl as he reached the teapot to fill both cups with tea. He didn't have to ask her if she wanted any, it was rather chilly outside and even if she didn't want any she could leave it. Back in his days, they never did any work without a cup of tea on the table. He offered her the cup.

"First of all, I must apologize for not being able to speak with you sooner. A lot has happened and my attention was kept from it." He gave her a small courteous bow of his head. "I wish to begin by discussing the shinobi, your teammates and the rest."
