It had been almost two days not that Hashirama had not slept. There were small fine lines underneath his reddening eyes as he scribbled away on a piece of scroll. He was getting ready to write things down as he touched the tea pot he had set on the coffee table he was writing on to check that the tea inside was still hot. Regardless of how tired he was, he could never forget how to be a good host.
Just a few minutes ago, Hashirama had called upon Tenten in order to speak with her in regards to his shinobi. He still had a bit to learn about the new generations of his village and in order to work on the reconstruction of the city, he had to learn. Madara's death had left him exhausted but for once, he felt that keeping busy would calm him. Tobirama would have thrown a fit. Here was the man who avoided paperwork to begin with.
Brown eyes rose momentarily as he eyed the garden outside. Tenten was almost here.
