Hiiro had never been one to mourn for someone leaving, nor for someone dying in any sense where he'd attended anything to honour them. But after a talk with a fellow pilot something sparked in his mind to see what this had been about. The second thing he had never done was been in a Casino. But lately, he'd done things he didn't have it in him to do, he had been doing.

He took in the sights around him, he made a mind to map what and where he'd stepped, not looking unsure but just blankly curious with little emotion to show it on his face rather than in his actions. Obviously armed if anyone cared to look at him when he passed, PCD and gun tucked into the back of his spandex; no intent to have used it.

He'd never met this one before, nor had he really ever paid attention to any of his posts. Nothing personal, Hiiro. Ciel is just a bit self-centered.

Either way; he's playing host, so meeting and greeting is just the ticket. Not to mention, there are underlying plans to this get-together that no one but himself and perhaps Sebastian would know about. So sad~

"Are you here to remember anyone, sir?"

Hiiro turned his head slightly when he realized someone was approaching him and not just walking on by. He turned his body toward the person that came up, inclining his head politely and then straightening. "You could say that. Call me Hiiro."

A little bow was given in respect, more just a tip of his head, in greeting. At least this one had manners~!

"Pleasured. I am Ciel Phantomhive; I hope you have a better time remembering your friends than remembering their parting."

Hiiro could recognize a person of stature and appreciated that the respectful head tilt was reciprocated. Uncertain of how to approach conversation unprovoked, Hiiro was quite glad that someone else started it. Without it being on his face, Hiiro tried to get a feel for the type of person had come up to talk to him.

"It was me. Who left. I don't remember it, but someone who knew-" he paused to indicate the 'past' him, "me told me. I'm trying to find a way home for myself and my fellow pilots. I thought I could get some idea on how this works if I came and observed. If I should leave, I will do so with regret that I've offended."

Ciel could be easy to read for some things, minor things; such as the few minute childish things he still did no matter how mature his mind was. But anything beyond that would take a great skill of observation, and quite likely a mind reader.

Ciel was a hard case to crack. But he was harmless, for the most part.

"I see... Respects to yourself in a sense. An odd thing to think of, but certainly not frowned upon.

Do not worry, you can stay as long as you like. I do believe there is no way to return home unless the Animus decides. I would wish to help you otherwise, but even if the benefit of myself returning is there... It is more or less hopeless."

Hiiro was definitely no mind-reader, skilled, but no mind-reader. And didn't think at first of it being respects to himself but he supposed it could be percieved that way. He decided he would save the odd conversation it may birth and leave it at that then listened to the 'it's a dead end trying' tip and trick he'd been given before by many he'd mentioned this to.

"Well, if you do wish to return home and I have found a way, or information on how to transverse both places - I would be most glad to share it with you."
