Summary: Even during the storm, Negi sets out to find his dad and lead him to the clinic.
Negi made sure he had everything he needed. His ring was still on his finger, so he didn't really need his father's staff...which caused him a pang of guilt, knowing he had lost it, but it would show up eventually. He hoped so, anyway.
The boy wrapped his newly obtained coat tightly around himself, more for protection against the driving rain than anything. He glanced down at his PCD one last time before stuffing it in his pockets, making sure he knew the area his dad would be in. With a satisfied nod, he left the clinic, hoping no one had seen him. If someone had, he would get it later, no doubt about it.
Negi knew his dad probably didn't need his help, but that didn't stop him from trying.
