Summary: Kobato met little Seishirou in her dream and promised him they'd meet again. In order to keep her promise, she asks Seishirou to meet when she wakes up.
That morning, Kobato had gotten up remembering the strange dream she had. You will regret were that kid's last words, but she didn't understand what he meant. More important, she wanted to meet Seishirou in order to keep her promise. The little Seishirou had called her a liar, she wanted to show him she wasn't one.
Kobato had managed to catch enough of Seishirou's interest for the man to come, and there she was at the police station, waiting for him.
There was no ladybug for her this time.
