She didn't have to be told where Obito was. She had observed the boy many times, and had even contemplated moving his house once or twice, for the amusement of it. But she had decided this was unwise. And thankfully she had impulse control, unlike her time during the one event.
Patiently, Carmen waited outside his house, resting against a wall. She was good at waiting, and she did expect him to leave the building sometime.
