hey i was in moscow and i was at this uzbek/azerbaijan restaurant and it was damn yummy lah! no sign of horse sausage though. i thought the food was a cross between asian food (like chinese food mainly), middle eastern food, and as an afterthought ang moh food hehehe. not sure how authentic the restaurant was though - it was quite popular and rather expensive.

what are you doing there anyway? i thought you were dealing with middle east stuff?

I also do Central Asian stuff, in addition to my North African stuff.

Had to travel to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan with our Ambassador to these two countries.
