Max Words
So, I am writing down all the words Max has said to date (at least the ones that actually sound like English words) so I don't forget the cute things he has said at this age. Today he is just a few days shy of 15 months old.
First Words :
Ah Dah - All done
Ou-sigh - Outside

Booey - Booty (Pirate's Booty snack food which is his favorite thing to munch)
Ba - Bath
Baba - Bottle
Nigh Nigh - Night Night (also knows the sign language for this one)

Mi - Milk (also knows the sign language for this one)
More (also knows the sign language for this one)
Up (as in pick me up)

Purple (new as of yesterday - looking at the purple stars in his shape sorter)
Waffle (also new asof yesterday at breakfast)
Apple (pineapple and apple sauce)

Allo - Sounds like french Hello
Moo - the cow says moo
Baa - the sheep says ba
Roar - the lion roars
Duh - Duck
Almo - Animal
Ball
Sah - Sock
Shoe
Asya - the name of his primary Daycare Provider
He also usually has a constant stream of babbling - very talkative. Aska baba mama, woude woude woude, (raspberry sound...). It is quite hysterical. He is obviously quite intent on whatever it is he thinks he is saying. I just can't wait until I can understand more of it.
He is also starting to point at things he wants and gets very excited when we get what he is trying to tell us. (when we hand him more of something he wants - big smile). We try to reinforce those "good communicating" moments so he doesn't get frustrated. We'll see how it continues.
