So, I was curious and I had to go find the posting I think all the wanking is/was about. Then I wrote a reply, and then I realized it was full so I'm shuffling over this way to complain!

Well I'm not a big fan of anonymity so I'll just say what I've got to say.
I am twenty something (twenty TWO in-fact!), but I think that's about it. I'm not lonely, I go outside, I attend Dirt Bike races and dance and have an ever loving fondness for Techno and disco music. I study art and design websites and smash boys at video games.
Personally I'm not a Clarkson fan as much as others (see icon), as I don't find him attractive. However, I'm fairly sure HE wasn't the point of that post.
I think the assumption that people are all one way in a fandom is silly, there's sad pathetic people in EVERY fandom, but as a majority most of them are just people who have a common interest and like squee-ing or some such together.
I think if it bothers you so much, perhaps you're the one that needs to go outside or even better--- scroll on past! :)

So basically, I don't get how people get so up in arms about fandom, dropping friends and being rude and throwing a fit.
Its so easy to just skip past things you don't like, I cant fathom how people can get so BUTTHURT about it and end up with so much hate.
People are fucking weird.
