in singapore, everything is about incentives and fines. very sad X(
esp about the high paychecks of religious group leaders and charity organization heads..they tried to justify it by saying top dollar for top talent. but what happened to the spirit of charity and giving? it should be voluntary, not for the money!!

It portrays a bad side of rp, singaporeans & youths these days ):
