On the Tropicana jugs - the larger ones, mind you. With the pour spout- Anyway, there's this seal with a little pull ring. It's all made out of hard plastic and... the ring is sharp. As a former customer service provider, your complaint is exactly how it should be done. You stated your concern and suggested a solution. Perfect! You're the kind of customer that service personnel love to help. Too many people just want to rant and bitch instead of saying, 'Hey, this is what happened, and this is how I believe it could/should be fixed'.

The thing was... I wasn't really wanting action. I just thought that they should know that, well, their product can CUT people. Ow. So I never meant to phrase it as like "RAWR!" Which I think helped. Haha.

I know! I was shocked that I got a response, and so quickly! I sent the original thing probably around 7 on Tuesday, and had a response by 10 am Wednesday morning. o.0
