(no subject)
this has been a weird week. tuesday would have been jeremy's 30th birthday. dad was very introspective. i'm glad we have duke though, i think having him helped. not that duke fills the place of a child...i don't know, i'm not expressing myself correctly. dad left early in the morning, and i had to work, and i didnt go to the cemetary. i feel horrible. but what can you say? we got him nice flowers though. i wonder what it would be like to have a big brother who is 30 right now....i wish i knew. hmmmm.
other than that, my money from ford came in and i now have a very healthy bank account that will once again be empty after i register for next semester. but the facade of having money even if i cant spend it is nice. i can look at my checkbook and go, that's right, i have money.
there is NOTHING to do here at work. i want to leave and hang out with annie and alisa, for they are both home right now. but instead i am forced to do a survey to pass the time. i brought some of my children's lit reading, but how many times can one read cinderella? how many???
1. What facial feature do you find the most attractive on others?: eyes are pretty, noses give character, and lips are fantastic.
2. Would you vote for a woman candidate for president?: it would totally depend on her policies and stance on issues. but if i agreed with those, sure.
3. Would you marry for money?: how much money are we talking about?
4. Have you had braces?: yes, and if i had them, now would be the time to go and get orange and black rubber bands.:)
5. Do you pluck your eyebrows?: yes, but i prefer waxing. it is much quicker.

Do you ever cut or hurt yourself?: only when i tend to fall over. though right now i look like i cut myself because i was holding duke, mom got out his treats and he got all excited, not unlike that of a feral cat. my arm looks like a scratching post. (haha, but not as bad as my dad, who got bit on the nose yesterday morning...he looks like a one-legged prostitute clawed his face. why one-legged? because his scratch is crooked.)
7. When was the last time you had a hickey?: oh goodness. ages ago. or, you know, at least a couple of years.
8. Could you live without a computer?: i would like to say yes, but i knew that i would be lying if i did that. so, yes with my fingers crossed.

11. If you could live in any past time period, which would it be?: probably the 40s. i would have been such a hottie then. (but i would like it to be minus the war. i dont want my fiancee dying like both my grandmas' did. i am a grandchild of ww2, i wouldnt be here if not for guadacanal and the battle of the bulge...isnt that interesting? hitler is in part responsible for my birth.)
