It's cutting coffee that kills me. I never drank soda, but I feel like coffee is a strong psychological need.

That, and all I do lately is go out to eat and snack with friends. OTL

Yeah, every time I give advice about dieting and I tell them to cut the coffee out of the diet I always get the dependency argument. Caffeine is a drug, and it is addictive in this sense. Overall, it slows down your system when used on a regular basis because you are using it just to reach the mental state of normal. Thus, you can barely use it for that extra push when it comes to gym time. That's my take on it ( ... )
