I started going back to my "Fight Club" mentality as in the same things and notions Edward Norton goes through in the same movie.  Essentially, I want to find reason to be.

This was probably brought on by recently watching the latest "Family Guy" episode titled "Brian and Stewie" that had an ending I could somewhat relate to.

I also started taking supplements for my workout.  It's not like a protein shake or anything, but it is a pre-workout energizer.  I started last Thursday, and then saw immediate results in 3 days - it cut a lot of water out of my body by making me sweat profusely during my workout.  THe good effects were that I never felt lethargic for at least 2.5 hours during my workout, and I'm now capable of strenuous workout for up to 3 hours. The bad side effects were that I kept on working out even though I think I started straining my muscles, and then it started dehydrating me to the point where my lips started getting cut up.  All better now though after I took a rest day on Sunday.  We'll see how it looks in the next couple of days.

I also bought Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition because I wanted to.  My roommates told me I kinda look like Chris Redfield......yeah right T__T
