blood hungry canibalistic unfit family ties..

It's been a while. A good three months actually. I'll attempt to recap.

August: Well you already know part of my August, hence my miniscule update. Ended up quitting Vans shortly after that post. Went to Warped Tour on the 19th. So fucking bad ass. Saw the Rebels twice..yes, ladies and gentlemen they played 2 sets! Fall Out Boy, The Vandals, Allister, Coheed and Cambria, Taking Back Sunday, The Used, Zox, Bad Religion were among the many kick ass bands Corrinne, Elle, and I saw. I left for San Diego the following Monday, but before I left I started dating a young gentleman who goes by the name of John Phillips. More about him later. San Diego was well, interesting as always. Argued with my dad when I actually saw him. Did lots of shopping. Nana bought me a diamond necklace. My sister came up from Arizona for a few days. She was my savior. Went we to L.A. together to look at Mount St. Mary's College (right off of Sunset Blvd. and Bundy Drive!!!). Anyhow that was fun. On my last day my sister and I went to the first family dinner in like 9 or so years. Really awkward, but I guess it was nice to see everyone so together and even more so healthy and happy.

September: School started up for my final year of High School. How scary is that to think about? I suppose it's a decent year so far. I have a fair amount of classes that I like. I'm glad to have History now. Though I am not at all crazy about this week-about schedule. I don't really remember alot of what I did in September. I hung out with John quite a bit. On Sept 11th we went to the Waterfire/ Street Painting Festival in Providence. I remember that much. I didn't get to see my two best friends, Corrinne and Elle, very much at all due the start of school. I talked John into accompanying me to a Senior sponsored school dance. What a good boyfriend, eh? We didn't stay long, but I persuaded him into dancing one slow song with me.

October: This month was wonderful. At the end of September John and I headed into Boston to see the Plain White T's at the Avalon. I was unfortunetely scheduled to work the day they came to RI. Push came to shove and we got to the Avalon late due to a great amount of minor setbacks. We payed 12 bucks to get in and only saw the PWT's play 1 1/2 songs! Thanks to my dear friend Bobby, who has an online zine (www.ThePlaylist.net check it out!), Fearless Records let me interview the T's given that I got the night off work. I worked a bit of magic and managed to find a kind soul to change shifts with me! So on Sunday October 3rd. I walked my little body over to The Call, with my best friend of all people! I walk in, only to get in for free because I was on "the list". I ran into the boy that I was supposed to find when I came in to set up the interview. Turns out to be the lead singer Tom..how lucky am I? Mr. Tom gives me the biggest hug ever. I got to interview him in a completely separate room. Same leather sofa. Totally relaxed. By far one of the coolest, nicest, and most rockin of the guys and bands I've met. Later in the month, Corrinne and I slept over John's on some Friday night. Us three went to eat. Corrinne and I tried Indian food for the first time (Delicious!). The next morning Corrinne and I went to the Youth Council meeting at the NCCJ Building! It was so wonderful to see Rob and be a part of something like that again. I've been working a fair amount. I work at Luciano's Lake Pearl in Wrentham for good now. It's the same place that I worked at for Thanksgiving and such. Anyhow let's see other big events of October. Last weekend or maybe the weekend before that it was..John and I went to waterfire and I went to The Call to see Matt Nathanson and Charlotte Martin! Holy Mackrel it was amazing. I forgot how good Charlotte Martin is live. I haven't seen her since Ross and I went to see Howie Day at the OLD Lupos last September. Matt was as good as ever. Never ceases to amaze me. The night ended with me getting myself some Matt Nathanson underwear. So bad ass. And of course the best part of October... Red Sox win the World Series!

November: Not too far into this month yet, but it's been good so far. Spending a fair amount of time with Corrinne. We went to Boston this past weekend for one of our infamous adventures. We had such a blast eating veggie food (or not eating rather). Discovering we love carbs. Being hit on by random guys in Boston. Playin Apples to Apples with Salem Bobby and other BU folks. Not to mention getting lost in Boston at night for hours. This past Sunday Corrinne, John, John's friend Jen, and myself went to Club Hell. Was not bad. The dressing up is almost better. I love dressing in unknown bathrooms with Corrinne. We spent an hour in the Wendy's bathroom! Hah. Corrinne prettified me as always. She looked so beautiful..she got hit on at the club of course. Poor John was quite ill due to eating too much and drinking too fast. I had Sat's this past weekend as well. FUN. That about sums up November so far.

Lastly, here's some pictures of the past few months and the people I've met:

This is Adam Wilcox, Elle's ex. Super nice guy. Had a great time with him while he was back home.

Ryan, Jp, and myself. Picture courtesy of Corrinne. A Boston CVS a few hours before The Last Dispatch <3. We were learning tons in that dirty magazine.

Corrinne was aiming for Kate, but got my big face instead. Squished blanket at The Last Dispatch.

The beautiful Corrinne at The Last Dispatch

My first time meeting the infamous Salem Bobby!

The two wonderful ladies of my life. Elle, Me and Corrinne. JEC. Love you gals.

My new found friend who talked to me at randomly in the middle of Copley. I've nicknamed him Boston.
