Home for the holidays indeed.

When the cat coughs up a hairball 3 inches from your face thus waking you at 3:30 on a Sunday morning; help me strip the sheets, remake the bed, and then spend 10 minutes making me laugh so hard about cats, bodily functions, and who's side Ana is sleeping on from now on, that my sides still ache in the morning.

So Ana's nails have gotten really long. They resemble pins more than nails at this point. This is especially problematic considering that she sleeps in my bed (and yes, cats kick at night). I tried trimming them (with Mer's very brave assistance) but she just wouldn't hold still. I finally took her to the groomer's today ( Read more... )

You're excited that you haven't had to clean up a hairball since February.
The little pile o' fur had her first in over three months today. This is a schedule I can deal with.
