Diary Entry: Travels!!
Heyoh!
Merry 25th everybody!
So... I'm moved it. Pretty much settled.
I'm not having much of a Christmas this year. An uncle I haven't seen for 7 years came to visit so me and my cousin Lucifer had diner with him last night. It was fun, but more 'family reunion' like than actual holiday cheer. We had salmon. I made my (now customary) Brandy Balls (reciepe I learned and found out about while being in Brisbane. Yay, Oz!) for everyone. It's pretty much the only present i could afford.
Today it's my aunt and my cousin (the now 21 year old guy that left me his room for the last 6 months while he went off to... deal drugs and do things like that. *cough*)'s birthday. My and Lucifer pooled some money and bought my aunt a scarf (she's a nutcase about scarves). I had to pitch in, she's been supporting me for half a year. It's not my meager 'I'm going to go grocery shopping' once in a while that kept the house going.
But the good stuff starts tomorrow.
At five. (kill me now)
We're talking the earliest (and thus cheapest) train to visit my grandma. I haven't seen Granny in YEARS. And it's not like she's gonna be around for 40 more years. (... Although, stubbord and though as she is, she may surpise me...) I've never seen her place. The last time I saw her was when she moved out from Paris before I left for Aussie. In 2009!
I'm so glad I get to see her. For a whole week.
She's gonna take one look at me and tell me I'm not feeding myself properly. (You could be a sumo and she'd still tell you that.) It's gonna be awesome!
