Dissatisfaction

For once a question that requires no serious thought. I am most dissatisfied with my inability to let go of the past, my fears and my regrets. In essence, I am frustrated with my inability to stop attacking myself over actions that I had no choice but to take. Well I had a choice but death by torture is not really a choice in most situations.
