My pictures!
So I had a very productive weekend ... doing everything EXCEPT study =S ... I just feel so unmotivated to do any work, it really isn't good. I am however being productive around the house! I cleaned my room and did my laundry, so that was good. I also put pictures on my wall! I like it ... I shall keep it ... you can see it if you come and visit me. Meaghan was the first to visit, so she got to see it, but for all of those people too "busy" to come visit, you can see the picture right ...
I don't know if you can make out all of the pictures, but if you were in them I bet you'll remember ... if not, bleh ...
So this procrastination is not helping at all, but I have to keep you guys informed!
Well what has happened this week ... OH! Richard and I joined the Warrior's Band!! I really like some of their motos: "Practice?! What is practice?", "Warrior's Band: One of the bands in Canada", "Tuning?! Is it that time of the year already?!", "Band Practice and Events are optional", etc. Well the whole band (all 6 of us at practice) seem really cool. I just realized that not playing any instrument or reading music in over 14 months does not help you out when you have to sightread music and play it on a regular trombone, without the extra valve like on the bass trombone that you used to play in high school. So I pretty much SUCKED ASS! Hopefully I'll get the hang of it, but we'll see.
I also had a very interesting weekend ... Friday night Erika, Su, Richard, and I decided to drink for Erika's birthday, but we decided to stay at their house instead of going to a bar. Certainly had a good time ... some good pics and videos. Saturday Erika had to go home, so the rest of us went into downtown Kitchener and had Korean food. We then attempted to do work, but I failed at that, so Meaghan and lots of Renison people came over for a visit at around 12:30am ... they stayed till like 2:30ish drinking and smoking the hukka. Since Su stayed the night, after they left, we watched The Ring 2, but we fell asleep and decided to shut it off just after 5am.
Sunday morning, I convinced myself to get out of bed and get ready for church. I had just finished getting ready when the doorbell rang. Since it was 10:45am and Su was already here, I had a confused look on my face when I opened the door. There were these 3 girls standing there and me looking stupid. Apparently they talked to someone via email and they said that today was a good time to look at the place. So they came to see the house. Good thing I cleaned up most of the mess from last night. So they seemed pretty interested in the place, but there are only 3 of them, but its a start. Hopefully they will end up subletting it from us!
Well I guess I should get to work ... I do have shows to watch tonight, so I have to do at least SOME work before they start! So I shall post when I have more to say ...
