WOW ... so what has been going on ... FREAKIN TONS!
School is a pain in the ass already ... I do however like my mondays and wednesdays so far with class from 9:30am - 1:30pm, but weds are going to change with labs starting soon.
So lets go in order from where I left off ... Frosh Week
Well Frosh Week was awesome! I had tons of fun and me and my pink fro was having tons of fun. I liked this year a lot better than last year's. It could have been because I was a leader and CHEERED my ASS off, but overall it was super fun. The engineering events were better like the waterslide and stuffing frosh in a car ... we got 32 into the car by the way. There was also our 'Spaceship' that was shaped like a HUGE penis ... it was the spaceship from Austin Powers, because that was our theme. Unfortunately, one of the other engineering teams came and neutered the spaceship ... not cool. The math events were the same as usual ... capture the leader, human 3-D pyramids, scavanger hunt ... I got duct taped to a pilar in DC in MIDAIR!!! I need to find the person that took the pictures of me ... Monte Carlo was really fun too. I was a blackjack dealer for most of the night. Makes me want to go back to the casino and gamble! Overall it was definitely a SUPER FUN experience and I would totally do it again!
So then school started and I haven't had a freakin break at all. The courses are going to be difficult, but there is a bird course, MSCI 261 ... shouldn't be too bad =D. Work term report was due the monday after classes started ... I stayed in waterloo for that weekend ... all by myself, but in the end it TOTALLY paid off. Everyone in our house except kitty and me went to bed between 4:30am - 6:30am ... CRAZY people. I finished my report at around 9pm that night, so I got to relax ... certainly a different feeling finishing things before the very last minute.
So the assignments are starting up again, but it won't be nearly as bad as last semester's 5 assignments/week ...
DID YOU HEAR ABOUT GAS PRICES?! They are supposed to go up to $2+ very soon ... CRAZY!
Did you watch LOST?! ... CRAZY!!!
I'm also coming home this weekend, incase you guys didn't know ... thank GOD for FedBus, because driving to waterloo and back, twice would cost an ARM and a LEG! My parents are going to see my pink ... well now reddish hair ... my mother is going to freak on me ... should be fun! lol
Jobs are being posted on JobMine now ... I have to apply soon ... this process sucks ass! It's so depressing to see that you don't have nearly enough qualifications to apply for over half of the jobs ... booo
Gah ... I need to get some good rest and finish up my laundry ... I have to update more often, cuz these long posts take long ...
