waitfridayfiver1. Are you a good worker? Most of the time, yes. Maybe not so much when I'm LJ-ing, Facebooking, emailing, et cetera-ing.
2. What do you carry? Daily, a giant bluegreen faux-leather bag with my whole life in it. But typically, without the giant bag, I'm set with a few basic things: keys, wallet or contents from wallet, phone, and something for my lips like chapstick, balm, or lipgloss.
3. Do you know your neighbors? Sort of. I've met a lot of them and had conversations with a few, but we don't hang out or anything. I wrote a note to the girl across the hall once, inviting her to go running with me sometime since I let her in one time as she was returning from a run. Maybe the note got stuck under a rug by accident (I slid it under the door) or maybe she's a total snob. I never heard back from her, so perhaps I'll never know. If it turns out to be the latter I might just bust up that violin she plays constantly.
4. Where do you like to go for a day trip? Hmm. Anywhere I can have a "bikini party!" In NYC, I would like to go to Coney Island, but I haven't been yet, so I'd have to say Williamsburg (the neighborhood in Brooklyn). In the Chicago area, Starved Rock.
5. What is at your feet? My computer tower, a power strip, and a bunch of cords. And a wood floor.
