the smashing pumpkins,are completely taking over my ipod! i must have adore,I MUST!
i cannot get over,how quickly this year has come and gone,how much has really happend,oh the times they are a changing.
so lets see,this past week ive managed to purchase,wilco's 'yankee foxtrot hotel' and i adore it! aaron sprinkle's ' 'the kindest days' which i must say,was so excited to find,because his records are so rare.I also picked up a copy of dog's die in hot cars,they are incredibly odd,but a new wonderful pop act,think morrissey on speed.still worth a listen,especially if you love unique music,with bands who have just the best of voices.
Ive been hard at work,on a few things musically,a new band on which i am collaborating with my former grey ghost pals! caleb,and tony,the band is called,radio pop,and yeah think vintage pop.
and then krashland of course,im working on a few things,i was recently asked to be apart of a split ep with the kennedy omen,an artist of amazing proportions,seriously this kid has got skills! ;) anywho,ill be debuting two brand new tracks,and then a new full length is in the works,the paticulars of love,ep is about done,and im re-releasing weak as wind and see you next fall together in january,and might i add a newly repackaged,and recorded 'weak as wind'.with new tracks,etc etc.
ooh and last night,my grand nephew,had to give me my gifts at exactly midnight,and so i accepted,and needless to say,i got josh rouse '1972' which i love! and then bob dylans 'hard rain' which i must say i have never even seen before.
