My summer... so far.
So, I've had three weeks of vacation until now. Five more weeks to go!
What I've done so far? Working. A lot of working. I still clean, like last year, but I also have a new job. On tops of the other one. I've been working in a nursing home. It's so.. exhausting, impressive, and shocking at times. I'm learning lots of things! So that's good.
I went to Paris yesterday. It was so awesome. I went with my sister, with the bus. That bus-part was crap. I went to:
Jardin du Luxembourg > It's pretty much a park, with a lot of green and statues. Incredibly beautiful.
The Louvre > I didn't get to see all of it, but I did see: Mona Lisa (it isn't that small as everyone told me. And I got to stand pretty close!), L'Amour & Psyche (my absolute favourite statue of all times. I LOVE IT!), Venus of Milo (not that spectacular?), a great painting I don't know the name of (grrr) and a lot more over there. :-)
Napoleon's Tomb > It's big o.O & impressive. And not that pretty btw.
That was pretty much it. We wanted to go to a graveyard & a few opera's, but we didn't have the time...
Because all of that, + I didn't get sleep in those 24 hours, and a one-night sleep didn't help much.. I'm drained!
