Title: Jump then Fall
Chapter: 7/?
Pairing: Demi/Selena, Selena/Destiny
Disclaimer: No one could possibly own Selena/Demi. I only own the character Destiny.
Summary: She was only trying to get away from the creepy stalker, she never could have imagined the consequences of banging her way into a random hotel room.
A/N: The storm is upon us! After this I think there will only be two more chapters written. Now here's where you get a say in what happens next. Who wants a sequel?

Selena stared angrily at the letters that plagued her cell phone. She hated the kind of power that Demi Lovato had over her. One minute she had been content with sleeping in the arms of her possible maybe one day girlfriend Destiny and the next she got a text from Demi giving her hope for something that she knew would never happen. Selena nervously glanced over at the sleeping girl. She had been lucky that Destiny hadn’t woken up when Selena had. She turned her attention back to her phone when she felt her hand vibrate.

‘We need you on set- David’

Selena sighed unhappily before glancing at the time. She was surprised they needed her so soon. The schedule the director had given had said she wouldn’t be needed again for another forty minutes. Selena sighed knowing she couldn’t ignore her responsibilities because of a text from Demi. She quickly pocketed her phone before heading over to Destiny. She leaned down and kissed the sleeping girls neck.

“What happened?” Destiny mumbled sleepily.

“I have to get back to set,” Selena whispered, “I won’t be long I only have one scene left for the day.”

Destiny nodded and drifted back off to sleep. Selena leaned over and kissed Destiny’s forehead. Her lips lingered a moment longer than necessary. She didn’t want to go but she knew she had to. Selena quickly fixed her appearance in the mirror before she left while she still had the strength to leave.

“Selena over here.”

Turning around she spotted David coming out of his dressing room. She looked at him curiously as she had thought he was on set texting her and not in his dressing room.

“I thought they needed me on set,” Selena told him.

David shook his head before motioning for her to follow him to his dressing room. Something about the situation didn’t feel right, but Selena pushed the bad feeling down as she followed him into the dressing room. It didn’t take long for her to realize that the bad feeling in her gut had been right. David left the room at the very last second shutting the room behind him.

“What’s going on?” Selena called after David, confused as to why he just locked her in his dressing room.

“I needed to see you.”

Selena immediately recognized the voice as Demi’s. She spun around trying to keep her face blank as she stared at her ex-best friend. David knew that her and Demi weren’t on good terms. She couldn’t believe he would trick her like that without any warning what was waiting for her in the room. She was going to murder him when she saw him next. Selena remained silent as she stared Demi down willing her to disappear.

“I missed you,” Demi told her, as she moved closer.

Selena gulped. She tried repeating over and over how she had Destiny now and that she didn’t need Demi anymore. Yet she felt her heart beat increase with ever step Demi took and everything came rushing back. Her emotions for the Rock Star were coming back. Selena hated the effect that Demi had on her. She knew it would always be there. She’d always be in love with the other girl.

“Demi,” Selena finally muttered.

Her protests died on her lips as Demi’s crashed down on them. She wanted to push her away. She wanted to yell at her for ruining her happiness with Destiny. Yet Selena found she couldn’t do any of those things. Selena began to kiss Demi back. Some things would never change. She would always want Demi, even though she knew her heart was just going to be broken in the end.

Selena’s mind went blank as Demi’s hand grazed her back before settling on her hip. Selena’s own hands became entangled in the Brunette’s hair. Her body defying her wishes as it pulled Demi even closer. Demi’s tongue ran across Selena’s teeth and she opened her mouth to allow it entrance. Without warning she thought about Destiny in the next room. She flashed back to the night they met.

Selena drunkenly straddled Destiny as their lips met in a kiss. Selena knew it was wrong, but for the first time she wasn’t thinking about right and wrong. She was thinking about what she wanted. She wanted nothing more than to forget that Demi Lovato ever existed.

“Lena,” Destiny said pulling away for a moment, “Is this what you want?”

“Yeah,” Selena muttered, before her lips crashed down upon Destiny’s once more.

The kiss deepened and when Destiny’s tongue ran across her teeth she knew that there were going to be no more protests from the older girl.

Selena suddenly pushed Demi away from her. She couldn’t break Destiny the way Demi had broken her. She didn’t want anyone to have to go through what Demi had put her through.

“I can’t,” Selena exclaimed.

“I know you want this Lena,” Demi told her.

“You don’t know that,” Selena snapped, “And you have to right to call me that anymore.”

Dem didn’t seem to hear her as she stepped forward and pinned Selena against the wall. Demi’s hand started to wander and Selena let out an involuntary moan. For just a moment Selena allowed her eyes to close and allowed Demi to have her way. She knew it was wrong. She knew that if Destiny ever found out it would break the girl. But for just a moment Selena didn’t care.

Bang!

Selena’s eyes flew open when the loud noise reached her ears. She quickly spotted Destiny standing in the door way, a coffee mug shattered on the ground at her feet. They stared at each other for what seemed like an eternity before everything processed in Selena’s mind. She quickly pushed Demi away from her, but by then Destiny had already taken off running.

“Destiny,” Selena yelled as she tried to run after the girl.

Selena ran out of the dressing room, but Destiny was already gone. Thankfully the only person that stood outside the dressing room was David. She then remembered how much she hated him for what he did.

“I’m never going to forgive you,” Selena told him.

She left him standing there confused. He couldn’t have known what he did wrong, but that didn’t stop Selena from hating him with every fiber of her being. She ran and ran and before she knew it was she was standing in front of Jake in his dressing room.

“Selena?” Jake said as he took in her broken demeanor, “What happened?”

“I screwed up,” Selena whispered.

With that she fell into his arms and began sobbing. Jake had no idea what was going on but comforted his distressed friend as best as he could. He just hoped that when she calmed down she would tell him what had happened. He hated seeing Selena all broken. He hadn’t seen her that broken and defeated since her and Demi had been in a fight.
