Okay, aside from the stuff already written in my CR List...

Since the Shadow Plot, Naoto really wasn't terribly surprised by the issues that Issei's Shadow displayed. What surprised her was just how deep they went. Although, when you're the only "unremarkable" guy surrounded by all these people with super powers, it can be a bit frustrating.

Having the opportunity to fight side-by-side with Issei only served to bring them even closer together. Seeing how happy Issei was to really contribute to a group effort... it warmed the cockles of Naoto's heart. Seriously. She could not have had a better ally on her team! For the first time, Naoto was able to experience what it feels like to see someone you care about take a hit for you. It hurts, but it motivates you to try harder and make certain that their sacrifice wasn't in vain

...I've been staring at this comment for a little while, and still can't come up with much to say other than 'aww, awwww, awwwwwww'. ♥ These two and their BFFness make my heart melt.

Okay, that and they should have secret fanboy sessions. It would be awesome, you know it would.

Ffff, anyway. Simon is scared of Shion and Mion. A lot. He never really had people caring for him before (well. besides Kamina. and. ... yeah i don't think i need to elaborate), so he gets all flaily and blushy and not knowing what to do-y when they get protective/stalkery. THE WHOLE THING ABOUT LOCKING HIM UP DID NOT HELP :|

But at the same time, he likes them. A lot. He thinks they're good friends and... maybe a bit too stubborn for their own good... but loyal and helpful and good-hearted. Maybe when he has some free time he might take them up on their offer to visit them :|a

At this point in her life and in their relationship, I think it's very safe to say that she's come to love Kaworu as much as she can love anyone. He's one of the few people she's ever let her defenses down for, he's one of the few to get her responding and he is the one she made promise never to leave her alone. Whether it ends up being something much longer then a teenage romance remains to be seen, but I think it's safe to say that no matter what happens, he's had a long-lasting impact on her. At least around him, she's more at ease. She feels like she doesn't have to act like the aloof, arrogant, brash pilot that she usually puts on for everyone else. Kaworu has helped her ease into a situation where she no longer thinks in terms of either merely being alone or merely being the best and thus not needing anyone

I would first like to complain about LJ not sending me a notif for this. Anyway.

Issei really likes Yosuke! Sure, his personality is a little laidback for Issei's tastes, and Issei'll be the first to go 'dude, the girls are going to kill you for that' when it's appropriate, which is a lot of the time. But Issei always knows that he means well and is serious when the situation calls for it, and he's grateful to have a normal friend looking out for him. Besides, kicking ass alongside someone is good for building up a friendship, and probably more than once Issei beat the crap out of a Shadow who went after Jiraiya's weakness. Yosuke is his friend, and anyone who messes with him will have Issei to answer to, even if his usual method of revenge is glaring ineffectually rather than Persona beatdowns.
