Yeah, Panache is pretty good. And thank you! Actually when it comes to hangovers I'm really lucky.. I've only had one once before and even that wasn't too bad.

In the netherlands you can also smoke & drink at 16

its so interesting because in the US you have to be 18 to buy cigarettes but there is no law to how old you have to be to actually smoke them.

You have to be 16 to buy cigarettes, but a lot of people from 14 or jonger (wtf i'm very bad in english) smoke. At 16 you can buy beer & wine, at 18 stronger drinks.
