The last two days my hands have hurt so much. The joints, and in mostly my right hand, even the... top? What did I do!? And don't suggest "masturbate too much" because damnit no, I assure you my masturbatory practices do not come into play here. Hehe, come into play. Anyway, here's to hoping it's the weather or me being unaware of clenching my hands at night, and not my body going "lol arthritis".

I am looking forward to walking the dog, then, er, walking the dogs! I got a break and managed to find what I've been looking/yearning for, though it's just this one time thing. Ah well, it's something!

Up early, not because I stayed up but because I went to bed sometime after 8pm. Jayson and I screwed up our schedules on Fri/Sat so we just stayed up all night/day Sun/Mon and went to bed early last night. We got a pizza from this local place that...

omg, okay, next time anybody visits me we are for sure getting something from there, it's AMAZING. I am so in love with their pepperoni pizza. Now, I like a lot of pizzas, and other than mushrooms and pineapple I'll eat just about any topping you throw at me, though I don't like a lot of onions or peppers. Anyway, their pepperoni pizza is like, pants wettingly good. They have a wonderful crust, crispy without being hard, soft on the inside, a delectably fluffy interior with an almost buttery hint to it. It easily trumps any other pizza place's crust in terms of texture and flavor.
Their sauce has to be hand made, it simply has to be - you don't get that sort of goodness without a human being overseeing the process. Not too acidic, not too sweet, flavorful and full it's everything a pizza sauce should be. The cheese... the cheese is quite good. I wouldn't put it as the best thing about it simply because all the other factors are so fantastic, but it is definitely a quality cheese and they don't skimp on it. Anybody who's had a really good mozzarella knows what I mean when I say that it has a hint of buttery softness, and it's smooth. It doesn't produce its own grease, or let off a lot of moisture in cooking [in other words, it doesn't sog up the crust] and all around is an excellent complement to each of the other flavors. The pepperoni though? Absolutely the best pepperoni I've ever had. They use a type I don't typically see, which are little slices, perhaps the size of a dime. They're sliced thicker, but not so thick as to make them awkward at all to eat. It's very good stuff, meaty and salty and spicy in a perfect way that makes me want to go back again and again and again. The last few times we get it I keep thinking, "Surely, I will tire of this soon." But no! Deliciousness. Also, they have a deal on Mondays and Tuesdays where you can get a large for like, seven bucks which is pretty sweet given how GOOD it is.

And there you go, I just rambled about a pizza. Enjoy!
