Halloween in Madison, Wisconsin: Part II
Well the 2nd night of Halloween at UWISC was even more nuts than the first.
During the day on Saturday, I chilled wit mansbach in his dorm and we watched college football, more specifically the UMICH vs MICH ST game which I sold my ticket for, to come to UWISC. It was worth but damn was that game awesome. A 17 point comeback by UMICH in the 4th quarter in less than 10 min as they fought to win in triple overtime. I missed one of the best games of the year at UMICH, maybe even of my college career but I'm soo glad I was able to come to UWISC. I was going nuts with all the other UWisc people around me, doing the UMICH fight song and such.
So then we started the evening events, pregaming in the dorms at like 9. Then we went out onto the town. We headed to this house party and we were chillin there for a bit. After we left, something weird really happened to me. This obviously drunk girl came up to me as we were walking on the sidewalk and pulled off my toga. Then she tried to pull off my shorts and then when I tried to stop her she BIT MY CHEST! The dude with her pulled her away from me and I walked away but that was really weird. So we then went to their main strip called State Street where there were a ton of people. There were all these really cool costumes. People were jumping up and down and shouting. There was a break dancing circle. We were just goin wild there for a while and then we headed back for the dorm at around 2 am. Later that night around 4 am, the national guard came out and cleared State street with tear gas and such because people were lighting fires and breaking windows.
The next day we just chilled and watched the skins game which was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! But hopefully the skins presidential trend will continue that if the skins lose their last home game before elections the encumbent loses the presidential election. We also watched monty python and the holy grail which as usual is hilarious
So I left uwisc early monday morning at 5:30 am and since I have issues with getting up early, I pulled an all nighter. Got back and missed my two morning lectures, went to all my afternoon classes and then that night I chilled with sara in her dorm which was great. All in all it was a great weekend wit my boy Mansbach and all the other peeps I got to see from back home.
