Friend of a friend summary.

  It's the story of five friends trying to overcome the death of one of their own. Jimmy Delain died at the age of 20, he left behind a group of childhood friends, an old beat-up guitar, and a promising future. Now each of his friends must think about their own lives and how he had once fit into it. They must decide whether or not they can even be with the people around them. They have to come to see what life really means to them. Was this charming young man the only thing holding these five other people in a friendship? Do they have strong enough bonds to each other that would survive another tragedy? What are each of them keeping from the others and will that be what splits them apart?

My most normal down to earth story. No magic, no monsters, no alternate worlds. Just people, put into an extremely tragic situation.
