of scary things and near death encounters.
So I pretty much almost got wiped off the face of the Earth TWICE on the way to work this morning...
First, I'm driving in the fast lane and this semi in the middle lane decides it might be fun to ALSO drive in the fast lane, while I'm right beside him. So after nearly being swerved into by a truck so large it would've sent my car flying he probably wouldn't have even noticed, I made it to the city. So then, I'm on Barlow Trail and I have another semi in front of me; at this point assuming statistically this one should not be homicidal.
Well... maybe he wasn't homicidal, just stupid. You would assume that the cargo inside one's said giant TANK is secure. Well his wasn't. So I'm just driving along behind this semi when all of a sudden this thing.. I don't even know what it was, this giant white, metal heavy thing comes bouncing off the truck and hits the road and sends sparks flying which forced me to quickly swerve to avoid being hit (read: FLATTENED). So after that, there was just alot of screaming and some middle finger. I just hope anyone behind me didn't slam into it, as it was foggy and said white heavy monster would kind of blend in with it until you were right beside the thing. So anyway i think it's safe to say my daily dose of rage has been efficiently implemented.
On another note, I think playing all these messed up, frightening games lately is giving me awful dreams. I had a really bad one last night in which I woke up actually shaking.. what bugs me the most is that I don't remember what it was about, although that might be the better of the two.
On the weekend, Saturday was spent hanging out with Kels as I took her to the SAIT open house so she could look into some radiology courses. Then we met up with Les at Northhill and got some delicious food thennn we went to Les's and definitely played some KATAMARIDAMACY <333. Then I took my cousin home to meet up with Etown ppl, sped around like a maniac to get ready and then met up with Les again and we all went to Jenn's to have some drinks and then went to Twisted. Good times. Definitely saw a girl I work with there. Haha. Then I met a boy; I'm not jinxing it by writing about it yet in here but definitely have a Valentine's date (awwwwwwww.) how ironic that last Valentine's Day was also spent with a Josh. Ohman. Who also lives in Royal Oak. OHMAN. i'm so setting myself up here. On Sunday, I definitely slept for awhile once I got home because I was WIPED. Then Tali called so we hooked up and bought and played some Deadrising, which was.. okay and then more epic Dynasty Warriors fun.
Anyway I'm writing this instead of working so I think I'll go do that instead now.
