So... yesterday I'm sitting in class in Print Admin II, which is a lecture class. Jean's our instructor and she's a really great teacher but sometimes I just.. RAAR.
So she's passing out this hand-out as she's lecturing and I was making notes and in between explanations I was txting Camille, a girl that's a few seats behind me to ask her a few questions about the business plan project for THAT class.
So Jean's talking and walking around and all of a sudden, I get a smack on the back of the head with a stack of papers and Jean's like 'Do you know how distracting it is to me to watch you do that?' and I was like 'Oh, sorry'. But the more I think about it, it's not really justified. I can't help but go high school about this because most people in that class txt during lectures; like it's college, get over it.
Not only that but freaking toolface in the corner is sitting there with her macbook open doing assignments that aren't even FOR this class. how is THAT not distracting, yet my cellphone which was facedown on my desk is? Please explain. It's still bugging me for some reason.
ANYWAY, that's my annoyance for the week. I was talking to cuz last night and we're going to go out this weekend on Saturday and then next week is my loooong break for reading week/family day and such so I have thurs, fri, sat, sun and mon off. I really wish I could go somewhere but oh well. Anyway cuz and Jenn and I might go up to Etown and go to Play; not too sure about that yet though.
Tonight after work I'm hanging out with lesley; oh man it's been like almost a week since I seen her. It's odd.
Also, my phone seems to be.. malfunctioning in a fashion. It receives and sends txts after a loooong delay, and some txts it seems to be losing. I missed txts AND calls from Kels and Les on the weekend... and here I was thinking no one had thought about me ALLLL weekend. Nope! Not the case.
Jesus. Kirsten sent me THIS. I think I need to attempt it. Homoest cake EVER.
Anyway i'm at work working on an awful pizza menu ad design so I should probably go do that.. /bangs head against things.
