I'm such an ass. I'm watching Battle of the Damned on Syfy. So, halfway through these helper robots come in (not a spoiler, it's in the description), and I'm all anxious they're going to hurt the robots or get them hurt somehow (since the head robot is all pleasant and immediately helpful, and have a very pleasant voice).
Okay, I feel better now, one of the stray robots came back and if malfunctioning, letting zombies in, and trying to kill everyone.
Also, if you were firebombing, why would you start in the center of an area so the zombies would run away. Shouldn't you start on the outside and work your way in?
Poor old dude can't run faster than robots pushing a car.
Especially in shadow, the robots (good guys) look like cylons (the toasters).
Where'd they find all these new guns/bullets?
I wasn't paying too much attention, but why, again, are they in this abandoned warehouse/parking lot thing? With the shitload of zombies.
And the requisite chick going out in a blaze of glory because her boyfriend died.
Oh, they're bombing in to out so that all the zombies will be chased toward our heroes.
And how do we know bombing the shit out of the place will kill all the zombies?
Well, the boyfriend just said 'it's over.' He's gonna die horribly.
Oooh, he's a whistle blower. And the major's job is to kill him-and save the girl.
Ah, apparently the threat of death was enough. He gets to live-although if her dad knows he's the whistleblower, then how's he going to survive dad? And after he knocked up his daughter. Maybe dad only suspected.
Yay, the head good robot survived, too!!
Two couples-the major and his robot (who he told to get him a coffee. really? ) and the girl and her boyfriend.
Apparently the carpet bombing magically killed all the zombies. (although they were killed by any reasonable injury since they weren't truly undead, just missing most of their higher brain functions according to boyfriend).
Cool. 3 1/2 stars.
