Today was interesting.
*in the 'I'm going to have a panic attack' way. I have the number for one of the local trainers, and finally called her to talk about lessons. I had the general 'calling someone new' anxiety added to the riding anxiety. But I had decided that lessons are what I need to get over this. She didn't answer, of course. lol But I did leave a message. Maybe she'll get back to me tomorrow.
Funny-ish thing is that I've interacted with her husband at the hospital while we've been doing this computer switch thing. Turns out they may be as geeky as I am-or even more! lol
*talked to the vet's. Marcy's labs aren't as good as they should be. They're giving her one more day of fluids and rechecking tomorrow. Since I have a half day, I'm going over to see her and see what the vet says.
*made good headway on the history book my rector lent me. It's the history of the Episcopal church in America. Very cool. Hopefully I can finish it by next Sunday, so I can give it back - I've had it about 3 weeks now. oops.
*kind of not really looking forward to this weekend. Sunday we have church, then our class is changed to earlier in the day (4:30) so that we (the choir) can be there early for the violin concert, which is before evensong, which will all probably end around 8:30. wheeee....
*I have been stuck reading these awesome customer reviews on a lego death star.
