Knight Rider
Just to start out, I totally watched the previous incarnation when I was little. Crush on Kitt, er Michael Knight, and everything. I even remember Karr. Almost the best part about the new show is that they kept the 'whoo whoo' sound when the lights go across the front of Kitt's panel. hee!!! (Unlike the Transformers, who changed the classic sound they made, and I almost cried).
bwah! Kitt thinks Mike has multiple personality disorder because he doesn't remember large chunks of his military service. lol Now he's accusing him of deliberately(or not) repressing his memories. lolol Love this Kitt.
Okay, was thinking that it's pretty formulaic-pretty, buff guy with sweet eyes, a possibly shady military background; he has a history with the daughter of the head of the project(he asked her to marry him the day he disappeared), who also happens to be the designer and maker of the car; the base, aside from the requisite old guys, is full of cute twenty-somethings. The CGI on the changes the car makes are so-so (of course, not everyone is a high budget space show). The car can change into a big pickup, so I'm having conservation of mass problems (although, it is a giant mustang cobra, so maybe I can see that).
I'm with Michael, the cypher guy is really stupid hiding the key to the ultimate code in his DNA. So every*frakking*one is after him.
oooh, FBI girl killed him because the people from the past he doesn't remember are looking for him by name. Cool.
So now she's all 'you can find out about your past now.'
OMG, Kitt's trying to console Michael, and Michael's all like 'my past will always haunt me.' CORNY!!!
lol The gym has a cobra painted on the wall.
Now he needs a new name.
Love the geeky guy. He's so highly amusing.
Big daddy knows that the head guy knows about Michael's past, and says Michael's gonna be pissed when he finds out. Head guy says they'll have to make sure he never finds out Kitt is totally listening in, and checking out his files. Go Kitt. Glad someone's got his back.
Oooh, Michael is trying to start fresh with the chick, but she shut him down. Until...he reintroduces himself as Michael Knight. Cool.
Okay, it's really, really corny, but enough amusing parts, and pretty cars that I'll probably keep watching it. hee!
