Anti-Semitism is being rapidly normalized, embraced and even rewarded (by election to Congress and even committee assignment) by a major party. I would guess that the Euro situation of the OP is not far behind.

i don't trust their apologies at all. Pelosi censored both, but not AOC, who made just as antisemitic a statement recently, but more "veiled". well, AOC is an idiot, and will be voted out in 2 years. but the other two will remain and continue antisemitic propaganda that is part of who they are.

One is Detroit, the other one (the twitter-mad one) is a Somali from MN. Both are from cultures deeply steeped in anti-Semitism, and which don't seem to be in a rush to assimilate or shed the old hatreds.
I don't think AOC will be gone. She does represent her district, just like these two represent theirs.

in a way, both are great examles of second generation musim politicians. thanks heavens, not typical of second gen muslims, scattered all over. but Detroit And the Twin cities are surely nests of cultural aberration. female circumcision is widely praciced in both places. a doctor ( 1nd gen) recently was indicted.
