So I start feild work tomarrow, I work from 9:45am till 8pm (or so). I got paid my last paycheck from banner today, which I expected to be atleast $400, it was $270... My car insurance is $263. it costs me about $5 a day to get to where I need to go for work (currently) In gas alone, I have no money for food, let alone more gas, or other nice

I used to do yardwork for this nice old man down the street from my house, but I had to stop because I have almost zero time off between work and school. Why do I do these things to myself? You may ask... and I would answer, becuase some day, I hope to not be forced to live paycheck to paycheck, and have a heart attack every time some unforseen expense pops up. I mean, I know EMTs get paid shit, and medics get paid alirght I guess but it could be a WHOLE lot better.

But anyway, as of right now, I have my finances back under a moderate amount of control, and I think I might just make it, and have a little money left over for food. lol. I'm doing a whole hell of alot better than I was less than a year ago, trying to live on my own, working one crappy job or another, trying to fool myself into beleiveing that I could afford, let alone deal with supporting my own household, working full time, and going to school full time.

As for the mexican girls part... Uhm.... eww...
Now don't get me wrong, I don't have any sort of problem with mexicans... I'm from fucking san diego. But... uhm... girls... I don't... do.... girls. Yeah, thats what I'm trying to get at.

I'm glad you knew I was making a 'You should get married! That would solve ALL your problems!" joke, and not a nasty racist dig. It's so hard to know when the other side of the screen gets the joke, especially when it's based on tone or satire or sarcasm. My life is only possible from my second income - I really admire your courage to do it all on your own.

I don't assume people are racist. Even with as many people I meet that are, for some reason I still choose to belive people are not. I dunno why.

Im kinda weird about the whole im gay thing I guess, but not in the way most people are. See, I'm almost entierly convinced Im the only gay man on earth who listens to death metal, plays death metal (or tries to), fixes cars, wears all black, and doesent get along well with other people. But... If someone comes out and asks me if I am gay, I refuse to lie. There is no reason in my mind that I should cover up the fact. It is not an option.

Oh, what part of San Diego? I used to live there, right by Balboa Park. I had a job at the Zoo for a few months - a part-time gig, probably the best job I've ever had.

Right across from the naval base near point loma. I was born at the naval hospital, which is in balboa park :)
