Just randomly thinking
So I've made the mistake of sharing my apparently odd childhood fantasies with coworkers as of late. So i have got to know if its really that strange
When I was a kid i always wanted to have a cool command center/lab/cool technological spot. You know with like big screens on the walls and status updates and video conferences with important figures. There would be gadgets and big interactive virtual screens where you use your hands to move things around on the screen. The specifics varied but I'm hoping you get the general idea. I mean come on, is this just me?
So I'm leaving it open for anyone to share their odd childhood imaginings, or just make fun of me for mine...
Also I would like to take this chance to rave about Skype. This weekend I had a Skype and Mebeam (which is just a video conferencing site,) party. We were conversing with five people who were in all different locations. It was fun, and being all the way in Montana its nice to get to see and talk to friends back home. So if you don't have it you should get it because I'm pretty much on all the time. (hey no snickering about the last comment)
