I talk too much, all the time, always having lots to say - repetitive, repetitive, you've heard it all before, why must I talk so damn much, and not shut up, why must I babble so much to people? You have a certain personality type that likes to talk. Don't hate yourself for it, just learn to control it. If you think you talk to much, then chances are you are correct, and others will think so too. I am the same way, but I am now 40 years old and have learned a few things along the way. Watch peoples faces, if they seem to be getting bored, then stop talking. If you are starting to offend someone, stop talking. Be conscious of others body language, don't be a bore. While you may get offended that others don't always want to be regaled by your stories and vivacious personality, please remember that other people have their own distinct personalities. Some people like peace and quiet; others may be more like you and want to get their stories heard as well. You are a unique personality, but we all have some personality traits in common. There are four distinct personality trait; you are a popular sanguine. If you would like to know more, read the book Personality Plus, by Florence Littauer. It is very good, enjoyable to read, (its quite funny actually), and most important, you will learn to love yourself, while controlling those things about yourself that are turning others and yourself off.
