Eh, entries to tell where the hell I've been will commence later.
Right now, je suis trop paresseuse. (I'm too lazy.)
Watched more about Count Basie (<3) and Benny Goodman in music theory since Bates is having us listen to a set of DVDs about jazz. Also watched bits of Ella Fitzgerald (I love her so much!) and Bille Holliday. Benny Goodman = one strange guy. "The Ray." I love it.
Student CD recording. Whoo. um, yeah, I'm not buying a CD. I know it will be painful listening to me, so why bother? But for those of you who are interested, there are a lot of bands and songs, almost too many (and too long of songs). Philly's band is playing a 9 minute song, KS and RTG have a long song that Brook is trying to make them ditch for a shorter one (not working so far, but hey, I bet the long song is so much more super sweet). I dunno, maybe I will end up buying one for the sake of having their songs. Who knows?
Dragonboat!! WHOOO!! We got our asses kicked today. I blame it on me being in the back because since when do I look like a strong football player? Not that I'm totally stereotyping our teams... -cough- Seriously though, it makes sense, strong boys in back, weaker (usually more technical) people in front. I can tell that I haven't been to practice for two weeks. It sucks. Yeah... might as well just leave a note for my body saying:
Note to body: STOP BEING WEAK, BITCH!
It was still fun though.
