What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: If you're a truly bad person (evil, soulless, murdering, etc) I would advise you not to let it slip unless you want Claire attacking you. I would also prefer those with definitive proof of his mortality leave off on demonstrating it. Otherwise I'm generally fine with anything.
Abilities: GODMODE. Raised by the mafia, then trained as a star trapeze artist in the circus for a while before becoming an assassin. Claire is absurdly flexible, fantastically balanced, and can move at almost inhuman speed. If he doesn't want you to hit him, you won't.

Hugging/kissing/other non-violent contact: Platonic's fine. Otherwise, sorry, he's taken. He doesn't fluster easily, but he'll also be able to avoid contact if he isn't compelled.
Fighting: In his canon, Claire easily wins fights against multiple armed opponents while on top of a moving train - see Abilities. He fights people to punish them for doing wrong, though not always with intent to kill, but he isn't easily provoked. If you fight him without supernatural assistance you will lose. If you're bringing powers to the ballgame, get in contact with me and we'll talk. (See also: Maim/Murder/Death.)
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: As always, I would prefer being ping'd in advance unless I've opted in in the post, and there will be IC reaction, but as a player I'm fine with it.
Maim/Murder/Death: NO. Please, no. To make it clear: if you kill him, and he remembers it, his entire worldview will be shattered, I will have no canon to play him off, and I will end up dropping him. This might be tough, since Claire will pick a lot of fights and eventually meet his match, and I am willing to make allowances regarding being injured and/or losing the fight, but I will do anything to avoid actual death. Please ping me if you think we are even going near there. I'm sorry that this is godmodey and I will happily offer Jack Harkness for you to kill over and over again.
Cooking: I bet he can cook like, one dish perfectly, probably steak, but is otherwise dismal.
