life has been interesting lately. everything fits. and i'm happier and more comfortable with myself than i probably have ever been.
having no expectations about something means you won't be dissapointed either way, right? wrong.
went to d.c. this past weekend. it was a great trip overall. no serious drama or bickering. i got a pretty good tan from being at the water park all day on friday. saw some of the monuments and the declaration of independence. i don't know why...but i just don't find american history even remotely as interesting as say european and middle eastern history.
got home yesterday, went to work for 5 hours, then had a very interesting night...and morning. interesting in a good way though. like i said before, everything feels right right now. i'm happy.
one month until europe!
