i started my job at horizon blue cross blue shield new jersey this past tuesday. i had to go to newark for the day for orientation. it was my first time in newark, and the first time ihad ridden an actual train. it was pretty scary. getting there wasnt too bad, it wasn an hour at 613 in the morning. getting back was pretty scary. i didnt know how to read a train schedule so i asked the information and they told me to go to track four. so i did..but was looking at the schedule and it said it was to boston for the time i needed, so i asked a nice couple waiting for the train to see if they knew if it made a stop to point pleasant..which is where i needed to go since its one town over from brick. the lady said that it didnt stop there and it was an express train so she helped me read the train schedule and said that it looks like i need to be at track 2. there are two track twos and didnt know which way to go. i decided to just pick one and ask another person. luckily the guy i asked was nice and was asctually going to point pleasant as well. he kind of reminded me of my uncle michael, in looks and then sounded a lot like him when he talked as well.

anyway, so i am in training right now, and since its just me and another kid they are having trouble keeping us busy becuase we are blowing through the work for the day so we have been getting an hour and a half lunches instead of 45 minutes, 25-30 minute break in the morning instead of 15, and we tend to leave around 3(today it was 2 05) instead of 335.

the job is really easy, i will have my own cubicle, no nigths or weekends, and to start i am getting 12 an hour. wooot.

so i guess thats really it.
