Nearly down to my weight goal and feeling great!

So, I'm now under 175 lbs I suspect.  I'm below 180 with dress slacks, pants, wallet (yeah cause it's phat...errrr..hmm?), keys, phone, and Dock Martin safety toe work boots, and shirt...so I gather all that surely weighs 5 pounds or more.  I rode two hours on the spin bike today at the gym, 45 minutes of which was an actual spin class.  Something about walking out of your spin class completely drenched in sweat that instills both the feeling of accomplishment and disgust both at the same time.  I'm just not sure what it could be... *thinks*

Somewhere along the lines I've decided to do this road race in February called Froze Toes.  I've done a handful of mountain bike races and a few big public rides that felt like road races, but still no road races.  Since, I don't have a death wish, I don't think I'll be doing any criterium's though.  Those guys are freaking dangerous and I don't want to wreck at 30 mph because the lunatic next to me can't ride a straight line.  I digress, I'm going to go do an actual road race in February and I'm going to freeze my nuts off...maybe I'll win.  I really just hope to finish.

I feel like sharing what I ate for dinner.  Thin slices of roasted pork chop on top of single thin slices of stone milled rye with avocado smushed up with smoked Spanish paprika and/or Hungarian half-sharp paprika and bits of Fontina cheese.  Probably not many calories, maybe 500 for the 3 that I had, but oh so tasty.  Yum!
