I for one actually LOVE Lila. As much as she's kind of annoying with all her cliche rehab talk, I think her character PERFECTLY compliments Dexter, and it the perfect opposite of Rita, who is all sunshine and warmth and purity, as opposed to Lila and her dark and fucked up life. And as much as Rita is adorable, she has been super anal and annoying lately. But most of it is that Dexter finally getting to open up...for the first time EVER? It makes my heart hurt a little. It's weird. I always feel so much pity for him and what he goes through on a daily basis, that to actually have him be able to talk to someone about it for once and not keep up that front is wonderful.
With Rita, Dexter is totally and completely fake. And that's no good. Rita is in love with a guy who she doesn't know...at all. And that sucks for her. But I LOOOOOVE this season so far, and I LOVE where they are going with all these storylines - with Dexter getting caught, with Lila, with Rita and her mom, with Deb, with Harry being a big fat liar, with all of it. Huzzah.
Does anyone else think that Dexter might have really been Harry's biological son? Mmm hmm. Would explain why he grabbed him and not the brother the day of the murder.
Also: John Krasinski doing Gap ads? YES. PLEASE.
And I finished my scarf! It's the Irish Hiking Scarf. And I love it.
It's about 8 feet long.

And the scarf I'm making my mom. It's made of out Malabrigo Merino, which is as wonderfully soft and awesome and everyone claims it is. It is divine. And I'm using this cool basket-ish stitch for it.
It's not really supposed to have stripes, that's just the yarn being crazy haha.
And uh...BSG Razor? Leaked. I know what I'm doing tonight.
