yeah i was coming back from mobile this morning and i was again exiting from i65 to i10 east, and on the ramp, my car hydroplaned, fishtailed, and i slammed into the concrete retaining wall at about 20-25mph. em was with me, and we're both ok, but the front end of my car looks pretty rough. it runs still, but i have a transmission light and a battery light on now, and it pulls slightly to the right. pics are here, if they work. i have no insurance either, thanks to my dad letting it lapse and not adding me back to begin with, so i am going tomorrow to get it looked at mechanically and get an estimate for the body repair and get some damn insurance.
my dad called right after it happened, cause he needed the ice chest in the trunk of my car, and all he could say was "well, i hope you have some money saved up." didn't ask if i was ok, or anything else. pisses me off. makes me feel like he doesn't care. grrrrrr.... yeah, so far it's not been a great day...
