Looks good. I love the speed of the new zombies, and the daytime setting. Since Silent Hill V apparently isn't being made by Team Silent, and the Fatal Frame series has started feeling stale to me, I think RE5 will be THE horror game for some time to come.

I finished reading Murakami's After Dark, and I must say that it's my favorite book by him in years. It's short, yes, and a bit of a departure from his usual style, but it felt very focused and well-executed to me. I haven't read any reviews, but I imagine a lot of long-time Murakami fans won't rate it very high. Still, it's up there with Wind-Up Bird Chronicle and Hard-Boiled Wonderland for me. As for the length of the book, I've always thought it's better to leave the reader wanting more than to drag the story on too long.
