I'm really tired and there is absolutely nothing to do at work, and I'm running a virus scan so i can't do anything really crazy to take away my CPU processing power and somehow I was led back to LiveJournal.
I said I was gonna blog more, and over at my wordpress/"professional" blog... hahahaha, yeah, that didn't happen.
So, updating LJ though I'm not down to maybe 2 people reading it. yay!
I graduated from RIT. yay! I'm still there.. wait, what? Yes, I'm back at RIT after a crazy summer of biology, moving (down the street), and visits from friends and family for Graduate School. Holy Crap.
I'm Medical Illustration
and I cut up dead people!
dissect, really, and seeing everything first hand is way more awesome than trying to draw from other drawings. My Cadaver is a girl, and we (meaning the 4 people in my group and I) named her Gretchen Mary Rose. She's an elderly lady, and we had to think up some names that would be popular for that age. those were the top ones so we gave them all to her. The other that was brought up was Martha but another group took that one. Three cadavers in all, 5 to a cadaver, 2 female, one male... We uncovered the male first, and they were all face up, so I saw his old man penis. hehehehehe.
we had to flip them over to dissect the back first.... so his became a kick-stand.
HAHAHAHAHA, I'm horrible.
Gretchen was stored weird- she's shrugging, and one of her arms are bent, so dissecting her neck and upper limb was so freaking difficult.
but the body is so damn AWESOME! i have my first test this week. holy crap, I hope I'll know everything!
um.. I guess that's it. Still in Rochester, still at RIT, going for a Masters. Still with Joe. ^_^
and I've been baking and cooking a lot. and I love it! If this doesn't turn out well, I may possibly turn over to culinary school. maybe. we'll see.
